We do this by ensuring we have people of all different backgrounds coming together and working as a team. This means having females holding roles of decision-making capacity in what is traditionally a male dominated industry. This means holding space for those that self-identify as first nations or Metis along with those that have recently immigrated to our country – often times bringing with them a wealth of knowledge that we are thrilled to have the privilege of learning. We have meaningfully low turnover in an industry that is known for high turnover. We achieve this by properly valuing our staff, their ideas, skill sets and abilities. Our team is our everything!
